ABSTRACT

We are interested in modeling the Darwinian evolution resulting from the interplay of phenotypic variation and natural selection through ecological interactions, in the specific scales of the biological framework of so-called adaptive dynamics. Models have been studied at several levels: for individual micro-organism with stochastic processes, deterministic PDE type systems and ODEs

GOALS

Our aim is to study the connections between different models,  identify the main challenges and explore reliable numerical methods for the model prediction.
