ABSTRACT

Driven by the need for studying critical thresholds in nonlinear kinetic and
wave equations in diverse applications, there has been an increasing interest
in the development of novel tools to study the solution blow up or propagation
of regularity. This event will focus on novel methods for the study of solution
blow up, as well as sufficient conditions for global regularity, for a large class
of non-local PDEs.

GOALS

The goal of the gathering is to assemble a working group in this exciting field,
to assess the state of the art, and gaps that need filling, and to define a set of
research problems to be worked on. This will be accomplished through presentations
and intensive discussions.
